How much do twelvebit affiliates earn?
30% of every payment that a customer you referred makes, for 24 months. For example, Growth with 10k events costs $19 a month. One such customer pays you $5.70 a month, or $136.80 over 24 months.
How long does the referral cookie last?
90 days. When a person opens your link and signs up within 90 days, the referral is yours. People often compare analytics tools for weeks, so the long window matters.
Which payments count?
Every payment in the 24 months: monthly and yearly plans, renewals and re-subscriptions. When a customer moves to a larger plan, your commission grows with the payment.
Do I earn during the free trial?
The 14-day trial is free, so there is no payment to share. Your commission starts with the first payment after the trial.
Does a discount change my commission?
Yes. You earn 30% of what the customer pays. When a customer pays a launch price or a discounted price, the commission is 30% of that amount.
What happens when a payment is refunded?
A refunded payment earns no commission. The partner portal shows the status of each commission.
How do I get paid?
Through the partner portal, which runs on Affonso. You add your payout details there. The portal shows each referral, each commission, its status and the payouts.
Who can join? Do I need to be a customer?
Anyone can join, and it is free. You do not need a twelvebit account, but people who use the product write the most useful recommendations.
How are referrals tracked?
Your link adds ?atp=your-name to the address. twelvebit.app then keeps a first-party referral cookie for 90 days. At checkout, the referral goes with the payment to Dodo Payments, and the partner portal credits the sale. At sign-up, twelvebit sends only an opaque account ID to the affiliate platform: no email and no name.
Can I link to a page other than the home page?
Yes. Add ?atp=your-name to the home page, pricing, a guide or a comparison. Link to the page that answers your reader's question.
Can I refer myself?
No. Payments from your own accounts, or from accounts that you control, earn no commission.
Can I see which of my posts send people?
Yes, if you add twelvebit to your own site. It counts outbound link clicks for free, so you see which posts send readers to your affiliate link. Read about goals.
